Whole Wheat Pancakes
Beat together:
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 T. oil
Combine:
¾ cup whole wheat flour
1T. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
Add dry ingredients to the liquid and cook.
