Mix dry ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Combine following wet ingredients, then mix with dry:
3/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Place in muffin cups. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
