German Pancakes


3 T. butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Place butter in a 10x13" pan. Place in 400* oven until melted about 3 to 5 minutes.
For batter, beat eggs and add flour, milk, and salt until smooth. Pour into pan over butter. Bake 400* for 20 to 25 minutes.
